A nationwide group open to people who support those diagnosed with WM, whether you’re an unpaid carer, family member or friend. This group meets on Zoom to chat, share experiences and exchange advice. To join email support@wmuk.org.uk
Join us at our chair yoga and relaxation session. This will be a 45 minutes session taken by Sue, please have water and a blanket to hand you may require blanket for the relaxation as your body temperature can drop. Please note this session will be recorded.
