December 2, 2020

The United Kingdom is the first country in the world to approve a vaccine for COVID-19 for widespread use.

Roll out of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine could start as early as next week, and the Government has said those ‘who need it most’ will be prioritised.

We’re working with our Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinaemia experts to understand what this will mean for people affected by WM, and we’ll update you as soon as we have this information.

You can read the statement from the UK government here

If you have questions relating to WM and COVID-19, please remember we’re here to help so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
